A French gold and enamel fob watch chain, replacement clasp, makers mark P C in a lozenge to ring, clip unmarked, chain 56cm, 5.9gm
we can presume the gold chain to be 18ct gold as it has French makers mark in a lozenge, we presume the bolt ring was fully hallmarked but this has been replace with a 9ct example. The enamelled clip link has a flattened section where it should be hallmarked but it is left blank, four of the enamel spacers have loss as well as the enamel clasp,
