We work closely with solicitors, executors and family members to provide a professional and environmentally friendly method of disposal of unwanted items. We work closely with a firm that have the correct Government licenses for all aspects required.

The first point of contact is Andy Spicer andy@spicersauctioneers.com, who will attend the property and provide an assessment and recommendation, with a projected cost. We will sift through the property to find find saleable items which can offset the costs involved, if items can be donated to a charity we will organise this and finally, the remainder will be environmentally friendly be disposed of.

We have dealt with large rambling country houses with outbuildings and council flats. The proceeds will be paid by BACS transfer direct into your bank account and you will receive updates of the process.
