Seiko, a stainless steel Tokyo Olympic World Time Automatic Diashock wristwatch, ref. 6217-7000, c.1964, circular steel dial with baton numerals, black GMT hand and date aperture at 3 o'clock, large fluted crown, the movement cal. 6217A, backplate No. 4D03950 with etched text, non Seiko steel bracelet, 53mm diameter.
Seiko was the official timekeeper of the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.
The watch is fully functional and is working, although we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
The condition is cosmetically good, showing only surface scratches to the glass.
Please note; the back was removed to photograph the mechanism and will need to be secured back on using a specialized tool.
