A heavy duty twin axle car trailer with ramps and winch, Knott Avonride 1800 kgs axles with the largest diameter hubs/drums, 10"(250mm) with the 6.5" five stud set up for larger Ifor. Williams wheels although it's currently on Land Rover wheels. It needs brakes, the hand brake assembly that's on the hitch is removed and in the bag attached to the trailer. Backplates are in situ so it should only need a shoe kit and cables to make a very good 3500 trailer.
