An electoplated sailing presentation trophy, in the form of a gaff rigged, clinker built, vintage dinghy, presentation plaques from 1949, ebonised plinth
Ex Brigham Sailing Club. The earliest records of sailing at Brigham date from 1926. The Driffield Times records carnival events at Brigham and Driffield held on August Bank Holiday Monday in the years 1926, 1927 and 1928.
