A rare George III provincial small marrow scoop, by Langlands and Robertson, Newcastle 1785, maker, lion passant, leopards head crowned, date letter T, Newcastle, incuse duty mark. of plain form, length 15.5 cm, weight 0.5 oz.
The incuse duty mark was introduced in Newcastle in 1784/5 and only used until 1785/86.
