Sold with a photocopy of the V5C, it is recorded SORN with DVLA, the buyer will need to apply for a new V5C, key, MOT's 1991, 94 and 96, partial history folder.
The Ford Model Y was produced between 1932 and 1937 it was the first Ford specifically designed for markets outside the USA. It was produced in England as well as France and Germany.
Powered by a 933 cc sidevalve engine, it was available in two- and four-door versions, in June 1935 Ford was able to announce that the Popular Tudor model would be sold for just £100, this was the first time a four-seater closed-bodied saloon car had sold in Britain for that price. It was renowned for poor brakes!
GPU was owned by A. Oakes of Hyde in the 1970's before Edmund Riley of Wrexham in 1993 and then sold to Antony Smith , again of Wrexham in 1994. There is a 2002 MOT failure note on file and the car appears to have been in dry storage since then.
