2001 Ducati Monster 400. Registration number X506 SCY. Frame number ZDMM300AA1B 022141. Engine number ZDM400A2C 003823.
Sold with the V5C, MOT until October 2024, two keys, Ducati Owners Club dating certificate, original speedo and various receipts.
The first generation Monster was made available three models, the M600, M750, and M900, where the numbers indicated the engine size from 1996.
In addition to the three models, the Italian motorcycle maker launched a smaller 400cc version for specific markets with high taxes or license systems for larger displacement or powerful motorcycles. It was mainly intended for the Italian, Japanese, and Singaporean markets but later was exported to others, including Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
SCY was imported into the UK in 2022 and sold to our vendor by DK Motorcycles of Newcastle - under - Lyme with 11,310 KM on the clock, he changed it to a MPH speedo and it has now covered another 1700 miles. He also changed the timing belt.
