The Volkswagen Golf Mk4 was launched in October 1997 for the 1998 model year, it was the best selling car in Europe in 2001. It was a deliberate attempt to take the Volkswagen Golf series further upmarket, with a high-quality interior and higher equipment levels. The 20v Turbo 1.8 had 148 bhp.
KVN was ordered new in Germany as UK RHD car, possibly for a member of the Armed Forces. It was registered with DVLA in 2001 after a German VW main dealer service at 25,000km. Owned by Mr and Mrs Baker of Darlington before MR Baker took over ownership and moved to York. He has kept a full service history in the service book and with a large quantity of receipts and MOT's.
Sold with the V5C, recent June 2021 MOT at 113,200 miles, two keys, MOT history, original VW booklets, and receipts.
