An 18th Century ash primitive shawl back Windsor chair, West Country, the arched top rail above a spindle comb back and shaped solid seat flanked by curved arms and arched front supports above angled legs, with H-stretcher, H86, W57, D43cm.
General age related wear and tear to include a 2cm long split to the top middle fret backrest, some old repairs/strengthens made, evidence of old woodworm to the underneath seat – see pictures on main listing.
